Nice stay with the beach a short walk away. the lack of soundproofing caused disturbances at night.

The toilet door shows significant wear, the kitchen needs a serious upgrade, and noise from other rooms and outside might disrupt your sleep!!! A better soundproofing system would be a huge improvement!!!

The location was spot on, just a quick stroll from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee spots. I appreciated having a little balcony to relax on during the evenings, and the room was kept clean during our stay. it was quite noisy, and I heard a lot of commotion from other rooms, which wasn’t ideal for winding down after a day out. it was a decent stop for exploring the area and enjoying nearby attractions like Aqua World of Faliraki and the Theme Park and Dinosaurs Museum.

The management could improve communication regarding check-in times to avoid any confusion or discomfort during your stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! The place was close to the beach and vibrant bar scene. We chilled at Portobello beach and tried some water sports. The staff were friendly, helping us with tour tickets. Great spot if you just want to relax or explore the area!

The kitchen area feels cramped, making it tough to whip up more than a simple breakfast. On the other hand, the street noise from nearby nightlife can be disruptive for light sleepers, despite the decent acoustics in the flat. Cold water issues occurred on the third morning, but it returned to normal by night.

Just a good match for a mini-vacation in Faliraki with value for money. Enjoyed the warm water and free Wi-Fi during my stay. Consider arranging air conditioning beforehand to avoid discomfort in the heat.
